What types of publishing services do you offer?
We offer comprehensive services including editing, book design, typesetting, ebook creation, and print optimization.
Do you design other content besides books?
Absolutely! We’re a full-service layout and design company, and we love getting unique projects to work on. From smaller items like business cards, to larger vinyl banners, we can take your ideas and make them come to life.
What is your pricing structure?
Our pricing is tailored to each project. Contact us for a detailed quote based on your specific needs and goals.
Do you work with authors from all genres?
Yes, we welcome authors from all genres. We’ve worked with some incredibly talented writers of sci-fi, fantasy, romance, self-help, and more.
How long does the publishing process take?
The timeline varies depending on the project scope and your content’s level of preparedness. We provide estimated timelines during our initial consultation, and keep you in the loop as the project progresses.
How can I request a consultation?
You can request a consultation by contacting us via email or our contact form. Most information can be relayed via email. If you feel more comfortable talking via phone or Zoom, we can work together to schedule a time to discuss your project in detail.
Can you help with marketing my book?
Yes, we offer the option of marketing support to help you reach your target audience and maximize your book’s success. We can discuss creation of custom promo designs and graphics.
What is the first step to get started?
The first step is to contact us to discuss your project. We’ll guide you through the process from there!
Do you provide editing services?
While we mainly focus on publishing, we are now offering limited spots for editing, including developmental editing, copy editing, proofreading, and alpha & beta reading to help refine your manuscript.
How do I submit my manuscript?
You can submit your manuscript via email after our initial consultation. We accept various file formats, but prefer Microsoft Word or Google Docs for ease of use.
How do I request changes to my files?
We’ll create and send a small-file-size PDF first round (R1) draft, on which you’ll be able to mark up and make comments and edits. (Note: This review round isn’t for proofreading, as typesetting happens after you’re satisfied that your document is “final,” which is when we’ll flow the text through for layout.) The initial round of edits is included, and we’ll implement your changes and create a second round draft (R2) for you to review. If there are more changes from this point, those will be tracked and charged hourly. Once happy and approved, we’ll create the final, optimized print files, taking you right to the finish line of becoming PUBLISHED!

Please have a brief description of your project, your goals, where you are in the process of self-publishing (just finished writing, ready to go with an edited manuscript already, already have a book cover, etc.), and any specific questions or concerns you might have.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes, we offer consultations via email, phone, or Zoom to accommodate your preferences and comfort level.
What are your consultation hours?
We regularly check email Monday through Friday. From there, we can arrange special appointments upon request.
Is there a fee for the initial consultation?
No, the initial email consultation is free of charge. It’s an opportunity for us to understand your needs and how we can assist you.
How soon can I expect a response after contacting you?
We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days.
Can I submit my manuscript for review during the consultation?
Absolutely, you are welcome and encouraged to submit your manuscript and materials for an initial review during your consultation. This helps us determine where you are in the publishing process, and an idea of the scope of work required.
What genres do you specialize in?
We specialize in a wide range of genres including sci-fi, fantasy, romance, self-help, non-fiction, and more. We welcome authors from all genres!
How do I receive my final files?
‘We’ll create optimized PDFs to your printer’s specs (such as Amazon KDP, Ingram Spark, etc.) for covers and interiors, and send the files for you to download and save to your computer. For eBooks, you’ll receive both an epub3 file and KPF file for KDP.
